The excitement is palpable and difficult to contain. If we could somehow harness the energy and positive vibes emanating from City Lights, there would never-more be a power shortage!
In December of 2018, Jimmy the Brewmaster won an International Gold Medal in a competition sponsored by tastings.com: http://www.tastings.com for his luxuriously silky Coconut Porter. In February of 2019, Jimmy won an International Gold Medal for his delightfully refreshing Mexican Lager.
In the most recent competition, Jimmy the Brewmaster’s Hazy IPA earned a 96-point rating, a “Superlative” designation and a Platinum Medal. What a weekend ahead at City Lights! The Los Angeles Dodgers are in town for a four-game series, beginning tonight. Our guests agree that a refreshing beer, delicious food and a convenient shuttle to the park is an ideal way to enjoy America’s pastime.
Friday, Ben the Chef will again serve up his fish fry. Cod, perch, breaded or baked - with all the traditional fixings. Come and taste for yourself what so many have already discovered. First pitch is at 7:10PM. A fish fry and a ballgame might be the perfect double header.
A traditional egg hunt will not be held at City Lights on Saturday. (We’re saving the eggs for brunch!) $2.00 off any breakfast entrée from 11-2PM Saturday. Complimentary peeps too!
Saturdays at City Lights rock! Shuttles start at 4PM for the ball game. Jamie Lynn https://www.jamielynnmusic.com/ will amaze you at 7PM. Tours at 2, 4 and 6PM. Good times, great vibes, incredible beers, sharing community, awesome people and epicurean delights all day and into the night.
