IRISH RED ALE

ABV 4.9%  |  IBU 22  |  SRM 10

We brewed this beer special for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration; so it’s obviously a great Irish celebration beer. We weren’t planning on keeping it on draft. However; there were more than a few angry leprechauns that found we weren’t planning on keeping this one. So to honor our Irish heritage and keep the leprechauns happy; we’ve decided to keep this draft only year round. It’s a great year round beer with a bit more bight than our Amber Ale.

FOOD PAIRING
Corned Beef and cabbage of course. Roasted meats and chicken. Lucky Charms. Bacon?

AVAILABILITY
On draft only.

Coffee Stout

ABV 6.3%  |  IBU 39  |  SRM 39

If you like dangerously balanced dark beers with notes of chocolate, light roast, dark licorice, and of course coffee; all accentuated by piney Chinook hops, then you’ve come to the right place. A beautiful and complex stout by itself with 7 different malts; this beer really comes to life with the addition of delicious cold brew coffee from our friends at Stone Creek Coffee. Great beer plus great coffee equals one amazing experience.

OCCASION
The gold standard of cold weather drinking. Nothing beats sipping on one of these while watching the snow fall.

FOOD PAIRING
A bold beer needs bold food. Will pair well with roasted or smoked meats; coffee rubbed ribeye over the grill, and basically anything with chocolate in it.

AVAILABILITY
On draft only.

SESSION IPA

ABV 4.2%  |  IBU 44  |  SRM 5

In a sense, the Session IPA is the standard IPA’s little brother. Packed with just as much hop aroma and flavor; but slightly less body and alcohol content so you can enjoy a few more without falling off your barstool when you get up. With Centennial, Cascade, and El Dorado hops, ringing in at 44 IBUs with many late addition hops and a healthy dose of dry hops; this beer is sure to please the hop heads. With a touch of caramel and victory malt, there is just enough malt backbone to balance out the hops in this beer. At 4.2% ABV this beer is true to its name and is quite sessionable.

OCCASION
A summer beer drinkers’ delight, we’re reminded of post lawn mowing refreshments, tossing bags with friends and family at get-togethers, sitting around the bonfire at the campground, or setting up shop on the pier with a bobber and a worm while you’re waiting for the fish to bite.

FOOD PAIRING
Great with summer salads, grilled chicken, turkey burgers, or a decadent carrot cake for dessert. And for the heck of it; maybe try it with some bacon.

AVAILABILITY
On draft only.

Oktoberfest

ABV 5.6%  |  IBU 22  |  SRM 7

Brewed with German malts, hops, and yeast; this traditional German Lager is delightfully crisp and refreshing. Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, lend a beautiful German noble hop aroma. The abundance of German Vienna Malt and various German specialty malts give this beer an unmistakable German Lager quality. For this beer we use a lager yeast; meaning we ferment at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. After fermentation is complete, we then lager (condition) it for 3-4 weeks to let the flavors mellow out and blend together nicely.

OCCASION
A great year-round beer; but nothing beats sipping one of these out of a liter stein whilst listening to some live polka with some good friends.

FOOD PAIRING
German beer means German food. Giant pretzel with mustard, bratwurst, knockwurst, liverwurst, spaetzle. You get the picture.

On draft only.

BROWN ALE

ABV 5.7%  |  IBU 21  |  SRM 18

A beautiful floral aroma and silky mouthfeel from New World hops and delicate fruitiness of this Old World style set the tone for this delightful Brown Ale. The skillful blend of malt body and sweetness from caramel and crystal malts are offset by the expected hop bitterness from Nugget hops. A fresh, baguette aroma layered with chocolate notes delight the nose while sipping. Carbonated just enough for a smooth experience this is indeed a wise and eminently drinkable choice.

OCCASION
While certainly enjoyable on a crisp fall day and during the cold winter months; this beer offers a nice break from the hop forward IPAs and Pale Ales for a great year-round beer.

FOOD PAIRING
Paired with fine-cheese the creamy texture on the palate will marry to the malty presence with each sip of this fine brown ale. Nutty flavors of this beer will compliment nutty flavors of many hard cheeses. A great beer to pair with steak or a delicious roast beef sandwich with a touch of horseradish. And of course; bacon.
