OKTOBERFEST

ABV 5.6%  |  IBU 22

Brewed with German malts, hops, and yeast; this traditional German Lager is delightfully crisp and refreshing. Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, lend a beautiful German noble hop aroma. The abundance of German Vienna Malt and various German specialty malts give this beer an unmistakable German Lager quality. For this beer we use a lager yeast; meaning we ferment at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. After fermentation is complete, we then lager (condition) it for 3-4 weeks to let the flavors mellow out and blend together nicely.

OCCASION
A great year-round beer; but nothing beats sipping one of these out of a liter stein whilst listening to some live polka with some good friends.

FOOD PAIRING
German beer means German food. Giant pretzel with mustard, bratwurst, knockwurst, liverwurst, spaetzle. You get the picture.

IRISH RED ALE

ABV 4.9%  |  IBU 22  |  SRM 10

We brewed this beer special for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration; so it’s obviously a great Irish celebration beer. We weren’t planning on keeping it on draft. However; there were more than a few angry leprechauns that found we weren’t planning on keeping this one. So to honor our Irish heritage and keep the leprechauns happy; we’ve decided to keep this draft only year round. It’s a great year round beer with a bit more bight than our Amber Ale.

FOOD PAIRING
Corned Beef and cabbage of course. Roasted meats and chicken. Lucky Charms. Bacon?

DOPPELBOCK

ABV 7%  |  IBU 18  |  SRM 24

A meal in a glass. Liquid Bread. Doppel is German for “double” so this beer is a bigger version of the standard Bock Beer. A traditional German Lager originally brewed by Monks in Munich to be consumed during times of fasting; thus becoming known as liquid bread. This is a full-bodied beer with a rich brown color accented with dark amber hues. We have lightly hopped this beer with traditional German hops just enough to offset the malty sweetness. Malt and yeast reign supreme in this beer brewed with 100% German malts and German lager yeast. This beer is rich in melanoidins and has notes of chocolate; caramel and toasted bread.

OCCASION
With the rich flavors and full body this is a true sipping beer. This beer goes quite well with the gray skies and gloomy weather brought on from early Winter through late Spring.

FOOD PAIRING
A phenomenal beer to pair with food. Great with richer meats like duck, pork and ham with cloves. Compliments strong cheeses quite well; and for a delectable dessert pair with a German chocolate cake.

BROWN ALE

ABV 5.7%  |  IBU 21  |  SRM 18

A beautiful floral aroma and silky mouthfeel from New World hops and delicate fruitiness of this Old World style set the tone for this delightful Brown Ale. The skillful blend of malt body and sweetness from caramel and crystal malts are offset by the expected hop bitterness from Nugget hops. A fresh, baguette aroma layered with chocolate notes delight the nose while sipping. Carbonated just enough for a smooth experience this is indeed a wise and eminently drinkable choice.

OCCASION
While certainly enjoyable on a crisp fall day and during the cold winter months; this beer offers a nice break from the hop forward IPAs and Pale Ales for a great year-round beer.

FOOD PAIRING
Paired with fine-cheese the creamy texture on the palate will marry to the malty presence with each sip of this fine brown ale. Nutty flavors of this beer will compliment nutty flavors of many hard cheeses. A great beer to pair with steak or a delicious roast beef sandwich with a touch of horseradish. And of course; bacon.

orange wheat

ABV 4.7%  |  IBU 28

A heritage beer style, first described 250 years ago, we are excited to honor the history of the style while bringing a fresh new twist. Orange Wheat Ale starts with an unmistakably delightful orange aroma that sets the stage for your drinking experience. The aroma transitions to a full taste of a blend of barley malts and heirloom wheat malted in a heritage facility in Germany. Fused with bitter and sweet orange peel and a blend of Denali, Amarillo and Mandarina hop varieties this delicious beer is both tasty and tantalizing.

FOOD PAIRING
Goes great with summer salads, white fish and grilled chicken dishes.

Lemongrass wheat

ABV 5%  |  IBU 29

A new twist on a traditional style. We have re-interpreted a wheat ale, based on a recipe from over 200 years ago. Citrus aromas are immediately apparent in the headspace of this unique ale. These aromas quickly become dominant and deliciously augment the drinking experience. The sprightly mouthfeel from the citrus tang becomes evident at mid- palate and is accentuated by the addition of lemon grass in the brew kettle. Citra and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest and Hallertau Blanc hops from Germany combine to deliver an incredible tasty and refreshing brew. Texture to the mouthfeel is provided by the right sprinkling of white and red wheat. Each ingredient in the recipe and each step of the brewing process marries well to uplift the palate and delightfully mingle with the array of barley malts. The result is a temptingly clean and refreshing finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Great with a variety of different sushi dishes, fresh summer salads, fish tacos, grilled chicken, and maybe even some bacon.
