Oktoberfest

Brewed with German malts, hops, and yeast; this traditional German Lager is delightfully crisp and refreshing. Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, lend a beautiful German noble hop aroma. The abundance of German Vienna Malt and various German specialty malts give this beer an unmistakable German Lager quality. For this beer we use a lager yeast; meaning we ferment at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. After fermentation is complete, we then lager (condition) it for 3-4 weeks to let the flavors mellow out and blend together nicely.

OCCASION
A great year-round beer; but nothing beats sipping one of these out of a liter stein whilst listening to some live polka with some good friends.

FOOD PAIRING
German beer means German food. Giant pretzel with mustard, bratwurst, knockwurst, liverwurst, spaetzle. You get the picture.
