A big beer for a big palate. At 9.2% ABV and circa 75 IBUs, this beer is not for the craft beer novice. Hopped with huge late additions of Simcoe and Chinook hops, this beer will offer notes of passion fruit, earthy pine, berry, grapefruit, and melon. Dry hopped twice, with Amarillo and Simcoe hops, the nose will be bombarded with heavy berry, citrus and piney notes. A very simple grain bill allows the hop flavor to shine through and not be lost in the malt. A medium body and delicate balance of hops and malt make this big beer deceivingly drinkable.
At 9.2% ABV you better clear your schedule of any heavy machine operations or driving before indulging in this one. Truly a sipping beer; well balanced and refreshing enough to cool down with on a hot summer day or warm you up in the dead of winter.

This delicious Mexican-style lager has classic grainy notes from a healthy amount of Vienna malt with a touch of sweetness from flaked corn and is fermented with Mexican lager yeast for a nice crisp finish. Additions of Tettnang hops give herbal and spicey notes of the traditional German noble hop varieties. We’ve added a fresh twist with late additions of Motueka hops to add flavor and aroma notes of fresh lime. To further accentuate the lemon and lime flavors and aromas, we add a delicate dry hop addition of Motueka midway through fermentation. A delicate balance of malt, hops, and yeast makes this Mexican-style lager eminently drinkable.

Old school meets new school in this Belgian style Wit Beer. Traditional Hallertau Mittlefruh hops are used along with additions of coriander and orange peel late in the boil. We chose Belgian Wheat yeast for subtle fruity esters and very light phenolic notes as to not overpower the other subtle flavors. To make this style a bit more interesting and we’ve added a fresh twist with the late additions of Huell Melon hops and 400 lbs of pink guava puree for a delightfully balanced fruity finish. The delicate balance of orange peel, coriander, hops, and pink guava puree make for a delightfully quenching summertime beer.
A style made for Summer beer drinking. And made even better with the addition of tropical pink guava puree. With a light body and a dry finish few beers are as quenching and satisfying on a hot summer day than our Belgian Wit.
This is a great and versatile beer to pair with food. With hints of coriander, orange, and tropical pink guava this beer goes great with fish tacos, light seafood dishes, ceviche and bright summer salads. Great with creamy/mild cheeses like goat cheese and mozzarella.

Massive late additions of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops give this beer a strong tropical aroma and flavor. A simple grain bill of 2 row base malt, wheat, and flaked oats give this beer a beautiful full body; and the high protein content contributes to a pleasant haze. To further accentuate the tropical flavor and aroma we double dry hop this beer with Vic Secret hops. Vic Secret is a newer aroma hop out of New Zealand characterized by its strong tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Even with the massive amount of hops we use this beer comes in at only 35 IBUs; low in bitterness but huge in hop flavor. 7% ABV.

Brewed with German malts, hops, and yeast; this traditional German Lager is delightfully crisp and refreshing. Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, lend a beautiful German noble hop aroma. The abundance of German Vienna Malt and various German specialty malts give this beer an unmistakable German Lager quality. For this beer we use a lager yeast; meaning we ferment at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. After fermentation is complete, we then lager (condition) it for 3-4 weeks to let the flavors mellow out and blend together nicely.
A great year-round beer; but nothing beats sipping one of these out of a liter stein whilst listening to some live polka with some good friends.
