An English Style Brown Ale brewed with over 30 pounds of Valentine Coffee Roasters Bering Sea Blend. The Maris Otter base malt sets the stage for this traditional style giving a hearty & malty backbone. An array of specialty malts offer nutty and biscuit notes up front, with subtle hints of toffee and dark chocolate. Flaked oats provide a smooth, thick body and tiny additions of lactose leave residual sweetness and a creamy finish. Once fermentation is complete we add 30 pounds of Bering Sea Blend beans and let that cold brew right in the tank. Notes of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut and ripe berry from the bean unite in glorious form with the smooth flavors of the English Style Brown Ale.

ACTIVITY PAIRING
Sleigh rides. Pre and/or post snowball fights. Early morning and/or afternoon Zoom meetings (poured into a coffee mug of course). And you should probably make a chuck roast and wash it down with one of these bad boys.
