Greetings,
Jimmy the Brewmaster’s next brew will be a New England Pale Ale. Jimmy will double dry hop this brew using Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. The finished product will be hazy and juicy. I can’t wait!
When planning our inaugural yoga session, I asked yogini Kaleigh what day would work best. She replied, “I’m flexible.” On Saturday November 11 at 10AM a calm serenity will envelope City Lights as we host Brewmaste – an hour-long yoga session followed by a complimentary City Lights Beer. E-mail me to reserve your spot as space is limited.
Baby’s Got Bock! Sir-Brews-A-Lot’s Doppelbock is almost ready for release. Jimmy shared a sample of the Doppelbock and it is otherworldly. In other words, “Oh my god Becky, look at his Bock.”
The Milwaukee Bucks open their home season this Friday night. Friday night also marks our season opening complimentary shuttle service to Bucks and Marquette home games. Fear the Deer. No need to fear the parking hassle. Shuttles continue Saturday and Monday evenings during this homestand and every home game this season.
I like to pronounce “patio” like I pronounce “ratio.”
Jimmy the Brewmaster and our Chief Innovation Officer, Dr. David Ryder, are collaborating on brewing another historical beer style. I am amazed at the creativity, passion and tireless work ethic of the entire brewing team.
Traditionally, the goat has been the symbol of “bock” style beers. I kid you not.
On Saturday night Paddygrass; https://www.paddygrass.com/ rocks the house at City Lights. Derek and his band mates are incredible and their mix of Irish, Bluegrass and Gospel jams are a crowd favorite. 7PM starts the toe-tapping enjoyment.
