Incredibly exciting times at City Lights!
The NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament starts today. We will open at 11am today, tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday for some adrenalin pumping good times. The patio will be open, the beer will be cold, the food hot and the vibe chill. The Marquette men tip-off at 3:30pm today and the Badgers play the Ducks tomorrow at 3:30pm.
For all our Chicago area friends, our amazing Anna will be at Fat Pour in Wicker Park today and tomorrow to help celebrate the sure-to-be victories of the Golden Eagles and the Badgers. Stop in and say “hi” to Anna and enjoy some delicious City Lights beers. And if you are in Minnesota on Saturday, stop in to Central Avenue Liquors to sample some delicious City Lights beers and say “hello” to Alexandra. And of course, our brand ambassadors and street teams will be out and about at accounts throughout Wisconsin this weekend.
And if the Big Dance isn’t excitement enough, one week from today is Opening Day in Milwaukee. We will open at 9am and the shuttle will be shuttling. The home town nine is looking to continue last year’s magic. Join us as we begin a season-long celebration of “America’s Pastime.”
Jimmy the Brewmaster’s two International Gold medal winning beers have caused quite a ripple effect. Demand for his Mexican Lager and Coconut Porter is surging. We proudly welcome Billy Chognacki and Mark Scholbrock to the brewing team. We’re anticipating Billy and Mark will do for City Lights what Christian Yelich and Lorenzo Cain did for the Milwaukee Nine last year!
