Greetings,

Thanksgiving reminds me just how lucky the entire City Lights team is to work together to make and serve high quality, delicious and perfectly balanced beers. We are grateful to have the privilege of working with the best distribution network in the business servicing a fantastic customer base. We are thankful to have strong relationships with an incredible array of vendor partners and stakeholders. We are slightly awed and deeply appreciative that in ten short months we have journeyed so far.  Thanks to all, you rock!

And Plymouth rocks! In 1621 the pilgrims celebrated their first Thanksgiving in Plymouth Rock, Massachusetts – in a region we now call “New England.” To commemorate the inaugural Thanksgiving, Jimmy the Brewmaster is releasing his much-anticipated “New England IPA” on Black Friday. Stop in on Friday with a non-perishable food donation for the Hunger Task Force and your first beer will be complimentary – our way of saying “thank you” and your way of “paying it forward.”

After watching highlights (lowlights) of Black Friday mass hysteria in big box retailers, stop on down to City Lights for our Black Friday Comedy Extravaganza. “The Cold Wind Blows Tour” brings their nationally acclaimed “The Hobbit Trail – A Misguided Comedy Tour” to City Lights at 7PM.  You will laugh so hard your cheeks will hurt.

Saturday at City Lights will be special. The elves will hang the first of their Holiday decorations. Brunch will be delicious (as always), the Badgers will bring home the “Axe” and Saturday evening Myles Wangerin  https://myleswangerin.com/home will delight you with his harmonic melodies and musical wizardry.

Jimmy and the brewing team are working tirelessly to passionately brew, keg and package City Lights beers. Despite doubling the batch size to 60 barrels, the Coconut Porter continues to sell-out quickly. 4-packs of Coconut Porter will be available later this week in the taproom and at many City Lights’ retail partners.

The City Lights Christmas Gift Card sale continues. Purchase a $25.00 card for $$20.00, a $50.00 card for $40.00, a $100.00 card for $80.00 or a $200.00 card for $160.00. What a thoughtful way to share the City Lights magic and show the recipient what great taste you (and they will) have!

The Milwaukee Bucks and the “Greek Freak” play tonight. Stop in pregame for some delicious eats and a refreshing beer and ride hassle-free to and from the game. Giannis Antetoldyouso.

Our "Brewmaste" Saturday morning yoga sessions are special! Get your “OM” on at City Lights followed by a complimentary craft beer of your choice.  Kindly e-mail me to reserve your space. The venue and the vibe are amazing!

Remember to stop on Friday with a non-perishable food donation for the Hunger Task Force and enjoy a complimentary City Lights beer of your choice. You will also receive a special discount card courtesy of Stacey and our friends at Vibram: www.vibram.com.

With cheerful gratitude,

Robin
